Welcome to Science Guyz ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a plan, creating an account, or accessing our materials, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
All plans and materials sold by Science Guyz are intended for use by one individual user only.
- Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple individuals.
- Simultaneously access by more than one user is not permitted.
- Each user must purchase their own plan to access materials and services.
To protect the integrity of our services, we reserve the right to monitor account activity, including but not limited to IP address usage and login patterns.
Activity that suggests account sharing or misuse may result in:
- A warning notice, or
- Immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us promptly.
Semester Plans are eligible for a full refund
only if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no materials have been picked up or accessed.
After 48 hours, the time windows below apply:
- 3 - 21 days: 50% Refund
- 22+ days: No Refund
Requests for full or partial refunds must be submitted through the
Partial Refund Policy page.
Individual purchases (i.e. Exam Review Packs) are non-refundable.
Each Semester Plan includes one transfer credit, which may be used if you withdraw from a course or retake the course for a higher grade. This credit may be redeemed for a course or plan of equal or lesser value. If redeemed for a plan of lesser value, any difference in price is forfeited.
Transfer credits allow re-enrollment in a course for a reduced price. Transfer credits may not be combined or exchanged for cash.
Requests for transfers must be submitted through the Transfer Policy page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, without refund, for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to account sharing or misuse of materials.
All materials provided by Science Guyz, including packets, videos, and digital content, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Access to Science Guyz materials is granted for a limited period based on the type of purchase made.
Access remains active through the end of the academic semester and
expires on the official grade submission deadline for that semester, as determined by the applicable institution.
Access is granted for
seven (7) days from the date of purchase, unless a different access period is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Access automatically expires at the end of the applicable access period. Extensions, reactivations, or continued access are not guaranteed and may require an additional purchase.
